We are with that strange liminal deals space between holiday sales. Nope quite a bit early enough for Memorial Day deals, but most Mother’s Day discounts have come and gone. That didn’t stop us from scouring the web for the best discounts we could find. You probably don’t want to buy a new mattress or grill right now, because those prices should be better at the end of the month. But if you’re looking for a smartphone, TV, or some fancy cookware, we’ve got you covered.

Discover Samsung Deals
The Discover Samsung sales event runs until May 21. New deals go live each day, and while the bigger sales deals are a bit hit-and-miss, it’s still worth checking out if you’re in the market for on a Samsung device. We’ve highlighted our favorites below.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup (9/10, Recommended by WIRED) is the best flagship phone series in our guide to the best Android phones. The Ultra normally costs $1,200. Right now, there’s a free storage upgrade, meaning the 512-GB version costs the same as the 256-GB model. You’ll also get a $50 Samsung credit. Finally, Samsung is offering up to $750 when you trade in an eligible device. This is a big deal if you want to upgrade your device. The discount is more than any other we have seen.
Similar to the deal above, there’s a decent, slight discount on this phone, but you’ll save even more if you switch devices. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is a pretty refined and durable folding phone, but we don’t like the high price. This deal makes it a little more attainable. The same deal is available for the Flip 4 if you want that style.
This is our favorite TV for bright rooms. The best deals are on the 75- and 85-inch models. The Samsung QN90B (8/10, WIRED Recommends) has a Mini LED display that offers excellent contrast, and a 120-Hz refresh rate supports the latest gaming consoles.
Deals on Fitness and Outdoors
WIRED editor Adrienne So has tested many, many fitness trackers. His favorite is the Garmin Instinct 2 Solar (9/10, WIRED Recommends). It has a good balance of fitness features, like accurate GPS tracking, and modern convenience features, like music controls. The battery recharges through sunlight—Adrienne’s battery lasted three weeks on a single charge. The wide variety of colors and styles is icing on the cake.
The Apple Watch Ultra (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is a behemoth of a gadget, but it’s still a great Apple Watch and fitness tracker. Its rugged housing and enhanced outdoor capabilities may make it a better option for serious athletes than other Apple Watches. This deal only applies to the Yellow Ocean color band. Deals on Everything Else
Lego artificial flower kits are on my TikTok feed. This price is the lowest we’ve seen for the juicy set. The orchid version is sold for the same price on both Amazon and Walmart. Added bonus: These bouquets won’t fade.

This table often sells for at least $100. I haven’t tested it, but I’ve tried similar versions from other companies, and they’re pretty much the same. This table folds down into a small roll when not in use. Simply unfold the stakes, place them in the frame, and you’ll have a flat surface to place a plate, cup, or bottle of sunscreen on. It even has built-in cup holders. I especially like these tables for making friendship bracelets.
